The annual Ardglass Race, from East Down Yacht Club to Ardglass is scheduled for Saturday 11 July, 2015 and is open to Cruisers from all clubs on Strangford Lough and registered on the SLRC handicap lists.

We look forward to entries from the IRC, NHC and NHC Restricted Sail boats around the Lough.

Last year’s event had to be cancelled at the Start Line because of insufficient breeze; here’s hoping for good weather this year and the opportunity to blow away any cobwebs/test the new crew or check out the tune of the rigging after a few tweaks before the Narrows Series of Regattas the following weekend.

First start, is at 1340 hrs for the Restricted Sail class, with the NHC and IRC classes starting at 1350 hrs and 1400 hrs respectively.
