Diesel Engine operation, faults and maintenance – 2nd course

A practical training course to be held at EDYC 4th May 2019.

A working engine is trailed to the club and the instructor will use this as part of the course work.

The course includes a student pack and certificate.

Here are the course details:

  • the principles of diesel engine operation
  • the systems and parts of the engine
  • fault finding
  • rectification of common problems
  • bleeding the fuel system
  • changing the impeller
  • routine maintenance
  • winter lay up procedures

Cost £85 members, £100 non-members – all fees must be paid ASAP – on a first come first enrolled basis. Two places left.
