NOTICE of the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Sunday 5th December 2021

Dear Fellow Member,

Due to the ongoing pandemic the Executive Committee will hold this years meeting virtually on Zoom software.

The 55th East Down Yacht Club AGM will be held on Sunday 5th December at 2.30pm sharp.

I would advise that this year there are two resolutions, namely a small increase in membership fees and a change to the Club Trustees.

The 2021 prize giving will not take place at this time.

If you wish to attend the AGM please email me at edycsec@gmail.com to receive an invite. Invites will be issued much closer to the date of the meeting.

New members are particularly welcome to attend.

Please request an invite before Monday 29th November 2021.
