This post is to show the Commodore’s Cruise Results and photos. The cruise was on Sat 16th Aug 25. This was one of the best days of the summer with a light Northerly breeze. The commodore’s clues remain secret as he collected them all again after the event – all that is left are photos of the winners and some photos of ducks on marks.

The prize giving raffle and ceremony produced a very new winning boat in the large boat class

This was a new boat (Yacht Labhraín) hence name not yet translated

The small boat class won by some old hands.

The fastest boat getting a major bag of treasure

A dinghy event in the morning produced a winner who got everything but a cup.

Finally Mark D bearing the grey tape on which a duck was once positioned however the duck had migrated before being viewed by competitors.

All sailors/competitors seemed to have great day on the water and the BBQ was expected to pleasantly finish the evening – many thanks to all competitors, volunteers and organsisers and the Commodore’s family plus the Vice-commodore.
