Lost our Defib
No
Just renewed and relocated
Nov25
The club defibrillator (defib or PAD) has been renewed and also relocated.
It used to be outside the main clubhouse door
And is now
Inside the main door, within the hall on the left of the Kitchen door.
Currently the key for the defib cabinet sits on top of the cabinet.
Later a more permanent but obvious and accessible store for the key will be declared.

The defib is automatic. Training on defib use is included in the RYA First Aid course and we have about 24 trained First Aiders.
Early intervention and treatment of an unconscious casualty, plus summoning via 999 professional help is highly desirable.
