The club Prizegiving and AGM concluded successfully as required by our rule 11, having been held on Sunday 7th Dec 25. Many members attended with pre-AGM interest being shown in the Art exhibition, which was in the upstairs bar area.

The official AGM meeting was preceeded by the prizegiving. Squeezed the people into the same corner.

The election of officers and the formal AGM receipt of reports etc followed. These officer Details will be printed into the 2026 handbook.
A major refresh of our rules was undertaken as our rules progress from year to year on a patch work basis. Grammar, legislation, layout etc all got an improvement and the meaning of members equipment was clarified so soon you will not be able to store masts, tenders, trailers etc on site without attaching the owners name to the equipment. The club fees were given an uplift, all with the agreement of members.
