The next club gathering for members is the Annual General Meeting which takes place this year on Sunday 1st December.
This will take the usual format of a meet and greet over a glass or cup of something hot, and the presentation of prizes for the various racing series and other awards (commencing 2:30 pm), before the AGM itself at 3:00 pm.
This is an opportunity for voting members to hear reports, to have their say regarding the various resolutions for changes to rules, and to elect the officers and members of executive and committees for the coming season.
We hope you will consider coming to the AGM, and seeing what you can do to make the club run successfully.
