All races on the lough had very varied and changeable weather with everything apart from snow. Thunder and hail, plus wind from 0 to 27 knots plus helicopter wind portions and obviously squalls and rain. Just a few pics to remind of what it was like. It was a busy Saturday on the lough – a Topper Northern Championships at QYC and Sail for Cancer at Killyleagh. We had competitors at these events. Our races stayed with in Holm Bay – cruiser I racing U-8-T three laps and no one using a spinnaker. Results are on another section of this site.
